Today was absolutely fantastic! I got to pet and feed a kangaroo! And take way to many pictures of myself doing that! I also got to pet a koala, he kind of felt like a carpet, and see a bunch of other really cool Australian animals. All before like 11 am. Because we’re just that cool. Then, we went up into the Blue Mountains, they look blue because of refraction off of Eucalyptus oil evaporating from the trees, and wandered through an absolutely gorgeous rainforest to see the 3 sisters formation and some really amazing views. We hiked down and then hitched a ride back up on the steepest railway in the world. After that, we went and learned about aborigines, painted our own boomerangs, and learned a bit about the didgeridoo. Pancakes and ribs were had for dinner (almost chicken and waffles? I blame Cade for this life decision. Although it was a very tasty life decision) and then we wandered around Sydney in the dark. Getting lost is the best \ud83d\ude42 Especially when you find your way to the lucky pig statue that has a mate in Florence, Italy, teach someone to do a slightly better cartwheel in a random park while everyone stares, and somehow manage to find your way home. Life is good but now it’s bedtime. It was a rather busy day \ud83d\ude42 Night!<\/p>\n
