So I\u2019m thinking that my posts won\u2019t be super excited anymore starting yesterday and going until whenever I take a trip somewhere cool. Today I overslept (! \ud83d\ude00 ) which isn\u2019t necessarily a good thing at all except that I\u2019m over jet lag for sure now. I did manage to wake up and get over to the uni in time… but we\u00a0accidentally\u00a0went to the wrong place so we ended up late anyway. But we had an info session and a guided tour of campus, I can mostly navigate on my own now \ud83d\ude00 which is exciting. We also managed to get 2 free tickets to the Aussie rule football game tomorrow (they have soccer and football here, the football is just different and is apparently played by very attractive men) when we were told that they were out of tickets so we’re super excited for that. We wandered around, went shopping, met Sharna for pizza. It was a pretty good but not overly exciting day. We tried to meet up with some people at a pub as part of one of the orientation events but somehow never managed to meet up with them so we ended up at home which meant I got to skype both Kyle and my mom.
